Shipping and Return Policy

Minimum shipping price is  2.30 € in Lithuania.*

*This doesn't refer to The Curonian Spit (Kuršių Neriją), Neringos county (Neringos sav.), where additional delivery cost of 20€ is applied.

We use DPD for all Lithuania internal and international orders. Shipping costs (from €3,90 to €20,90) are calculated at the checkout based on your shipping address.

For now FREE SHIPPING is available only for Lithuania delivery: all orders over €59

Our order processing time is up to 24h (except weekends) and once the package is sent it usually reaches the destination in 1-3 business days in Lithuania, 1-7 business days in Estonia, Latvia, and up to 10 business days in Europe.

Please note that all costs related to local customs (outside European Union) or inspection fees (such as BTA prior notice) are not covered by Buvertas UAB.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Parcel delivery through DPD courier

A DPD courier will deliver your parcel to your home, office or any other address you selected.

Within Lithuania, the courier will deliver your goods in 1-7 working days.

Select a timeframe for the delivery of your goods in the

largest Lithuanian cities: 8:00–14:00, 14:00–18:00,

18:00–22:00 on business days.

In other locations of Lithuania parcels are delivered

8:00–16:00 on business days.

You will receive an SMS or e-mail with a notification on estimated time of delivery and parcel number.

At the time of delivery you will have to show your personal identity document to the courier, if requested. 

Delivery to Kuršių Nerija costs an additional 20€.

If at the time of delivery you notice any package damage, please immediately notify the courier who delivered the parcel and fill out a package damage statement. If ordered goods are accepted and a delivery document is signed without any comments, the parcel is considered to be delivered appropriately.

Parcel pickup from the DPD Pickup network (at parcelshops and lockers)

Collect you parcel with ordered goods at a time of your convenience at a chosen DPD Pickup parcelshop or locker. 

Parcels are delivered to DPD Pickup parcelshops and lockers in 1-7 days.

DPD Pickup lockers work 24/7. Individual DPD Pickup parcelshops may have different working hours, therefore please check before coming to collect your parcel.

When your parcel has been delivered to the DPD Pickup parcelshop or locekrs, you will be notified about that by SMS and/or e-mail.

You can collect your goods from the DPD Pickup parcelshop or locker within 7 calendar days. If ordered goods are not collected during this period, they will be returned to the seller.

You can pay for your online-ordered goods by card when collecting the goods at the DPD Pickup locker.

When collecting your parcel at a DPD Pickup parcelshop, you will have to type the PIN code received by SMS or show your personal identity document. When collecting your parcel at a DPD Pickup locker, you will have to type the PIN codes received by SMS.

In case you notice any package damage at the time of delivery:

* Together with the Pickup parcelshop staff fill out a package damage statement.
* Contact customer support by calling +370 5 210 67 77 (if you collect your parcel from a DPD Pickup parcelshop).


Return Policy

According to the European Union Law, grocery goods bought through internet and delivered by regular delivery are not refundable. We advice you to check the list items order before making the payment. 

When picking up the goods, be sure to check all the packages and boxes. Packaging cannot be damaged.

If you notice that the boxes have arrived irregularly - torn, bent corners, opened or otherwise physically damaged, you may not accept such shipments.

If you decide to accept a damaged parcel, require that the delivery note of the consignment or the separate delivery of the damaged packaging contain a precise, complete and unambiguous description of the condition of the packages.

In case of damaged packaging, unpack the parcel in the presence of the courier and visually check the condition of the goods.
